Local Arrangements |

| Purpose: The purpose of the Local Arrangements Committee is to consider options for the spouse/guest program at the Annual Conference; select entertainment for the free afternoon, after dinner(s), and after the banquet; and select favors for presentation to spouses. The committee assists the Secretary‑Treasurer in assuring that all details for the Annual Conference are adequately provided for.

Committee Membership: The Local Arrangements Committee consists of not less than 3 persons or member/spouse couples residing at or near the site of the Annual Conference, the Section Secretary‑Treasurer, and the Section Assistant Secretary-Treasurer. It is also suggested that the chair of the previous Local Arrangements Committee participate on the committee.
