Reporting

The deadline to enter your utility in the AWWA Michigan Section’s 2009 Water Quality Report Award Competition is June 21, 2010.

The Customer Service Committee is hosting the 3rd annual award for excellence in the design and content of the federally mandated Consumer Confident Report.  Award categories vary by size and type of water system and will be presented at the Annual Conference in September.

We are looking for water suppliers who use the report as an opportunity to educate their water consumers, build confidence in the quality and reliability of their water systems, and address emerging customer concerns with an easy to read, well designed report.
