Rachel McNamara

Rachel works as a Coastal/Waterfront Engineer for Abonmarche. Rachel has been a member of AWWA since starting at the City of Grand Rapids and is now Chair of the Young Professionals committee, where she seeks to provide new and young professionals in the industry with the foundations for a truly fulfilling career. After attending the Young Professional’s Summit in March 2023, Rachel became inspired to share her concept for a new onboarding program aptly called The Deep End, to revolutionize the way we train, teach, and invest in the young minds that are often drowning in the early stages of their career.
