Thomas A. Smith

Tom has more than 35 years developing his expertise in hydraulic and hydrologic engineering. He manages projects for township and municipal clients and also leads hydraulic modeling efforts at Prein&Newhof. He has been an active member of AWWA for more than 25 years, including serving as chair and treasurer and on many councils and committees.
