Applied Hydraulics builds on foundational math and hydraulics to deepen participants’ understanding of fluid behavior in water and wastewater systems. The course covers pressure, flow fundamentals, pipe and open-channel hydraulics, head loss, flow measurement, and pump operation, with practical applications to real-world systems. Through progressive weekly sessions, participants gain the skills needed to analyze, calculate, and troubleshoot hydraulic conditions encountered in daily operations.
