Effective Communication: Strategies & Conflict Management for Water Professionals
A one-day, interactive workshop designed to help utility staff, operators, engineers, and customer service teams address workplace and public-facing conflicts with confidence. Participants will learn practical tools to de-escalate tense situations, strengthen collaboration across departments, and build trust with the communities they serve.
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
