This course offers a great overview of management that helps set you up for success. Topics include leadership styles, group dynamics, coaching and mentoring, providing feedback, and organizational culture.
Learners will:
- Gain an awareness of your skills as a supervisor,
- Understand what factors impact your effectiveness as a supervisor,
- Learn strategies for providing feedback to employees,
- Learn strategies for running an effective meeting, and
- Gain an awareness of how to manage your team through a crisis.
