Summary:
Located in Holland, Michigan, the City of Wyoming's Donald K. Shine Drinking Water Plant is seeking a qualified person to fill the position of Utility Plant Operator. This position performs tasks involved in operations, minor maintenance, and laboratory activities on an assigned shift. Within its prescribed limits, the work is performed with considerable independence and without close supervision.

Candidates may be placed in the Utility Operator I or II position, based upon experience and qualifications. Wages for the Utility Plant Operator I position are $28.17 to $34.85 per hour. Wages for the Utility Plant Operator II position are $31.30 to $38.39 per hour. Employees are eligible for a pay increase six months after hire.
