The Michigan Section of the American Water Works Association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
The role of the Board of Trustees is to provide leadership and governance for MI-AWWA. Board members are entrusted with three duties: the duty of care, the duty of loyalty, and the duty of obedience.
