Kaisra Osman, BCom, IAM, CRL Kaisra Osman is the Manager of Strategic Asset Management Planning at the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) with the Enterprise Asset Management Group. She assists in the development and implementation of Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs), ensuring alignment with GLWA’s overall objectives for both water and wastewater services. Kaisra collaborates across business units to drive asset management strategies, standardize processes, and implement best practices. She also oversees asset management related communication and training programs, fostering a culture of asset management and efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement in asset management.
