Having worked in all stages of construction and having a degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University, I have become increasingly aware of the benefits of design build approaches and the saving an communication benefits. I have been in the industry for over 20 years, having worked in estimating, project management and sales, I am happy to present some advantages to an alternative construction method.
