Haran Stanley

Haran Stanley, Affordability and Assistance Manager Ms. Stanley embarked on her journey with the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) in 2023. She passionately leads the Water Residential Assistance Program (WRAP) and other water affordability efforts. This vital program empowers those in need throughout GLWA's southeastern Michigan service area. With an admirable background in leadership and community advocacy, Ms. Stanley dedicates herself to uplifting underserved populations. She is a proud graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree.
