Sally Duffy has over 35 years of experience, with the last 30 years at Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan doing design and construction of wastewater facilities. She also focuses on asset management and capital planning and has worked on over 50 State Revolving Fund (SRF) projects in Michigan with a combined value of over $600M.
