Sponsorship Benefits

• Exclusive Breakfast Host Recognition: Recognition as the sole Breakfast Host Sponsor for the selected program and day.
• Breakfast Location Signage: Company logo prominently displayed on signage at the designated breakfast location, identifying the company as the day's Breakfast Host.
• Welcome Reel Recognition: A dedicated sponsor slide featuring the company logo in the rotating welcome reel displayed prior to the designated morning session.
• Verbal Recognition: A thank-you acknowledging the company as the Breakfast Host Sponsor during the morning opening remarks.
• Attendee Welcome Opportunity: A high-top table will be provided near the designated breakfast location, where up to two company representatives may greet attendees, introduce themselves, and welcome participants. The table may be used to display company information, promotional materials, and branded giveaways. This opportunity is intended for hospitality and relationship-building. Sales presentations, product demonstrations, and active solicitation are not permitted.
• Exhibit Booth Recognition: A special Breakfast Host Sponsor floor sticker identifying the company as an event sponsor, displayed at its exhibit booth throughout the event.
• Publication Recognition: Sponsor recognition in Michigan Water Works News and Michigan Water Matters.
• Priority Booth Selection Point: One additional participation point toward future Joint Expo & Operator Days booth selection.

Sponsorship Requirements and Guidelines

• Breakfast Host Sponsorships are available exclusively to confirmed Joint Expo & Operator Days exhibitors.
• Sponsorship fees do not include exhibit booth purchase.
• Sponsorship recognition is specific to the selected program and day, except for the exhibit booth floor sticker, which may remain displayed throughout the event.
• Sponsor representatives must follow event staff instructions regarding placement near the breakfast area to avoid interfering with food service or attendee traffic.
• Sponsor logos and materials must be submitted by the established deadline.
