Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center

The Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center will serve as the official host hotel for the conference, with all sessions conveniently located on-site. Situated in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo, the hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay for attendees, with direct access to dining, entertainment, and local attractions.

Group Rates (available through August 20, 2026, or until the room block is full):

• Standard Room (Single/Double): $182/night + applicable taxes
• Upgraded Room (Single/Double): $232/night + applicable taxes

Be sure to identify yourself as part of the MI-ACE Conference with MI-AWWA to receive the discounted group rate.

HOTEL RESERVATION UPDATE:

The MI-ACE hotel block is limited for Monday, September 14 and Tuesday, September 15. If your reservation includes either of these nights, the online reservation system may show the entire stay as unavailable. Rooms at the conference block rate are still available for Wednesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 17.

To reserve your stay: Call the Radisson Plaza Hotel directly at (269) 343-3333 and ask for the MI-ACE room block.

If Monday and/or Tuesday are unavailable within the block, you may still reserve those nights at the hotel's regular rate and receive the MI-ACE block rate for Wednesday and Thursday. Please call the hotel rather than relying on the online availability message.

If you are planning to stay Wednesday and/or Thursday night, we encourage you to reserve within the MI-ACE block. MI-AWWA is financially responsible for rooms remaining unused in our contracted block, so booking within the block helps us meet our commitment to the hotel.

Important Reservation Policy

Please note that hotel rooms are reserved as part of the MI-AWWA conference room block. MI-AWWA may be financially responsible for rooms that are reserved but not utilized.

If you are unable to attend or no longer need your reservation, please cancel your room at least one (1) week prior to your scheduled arrival date. This helps the association avoid unnecessary charges and allows other attendees the opportunity to book accommodations.
