The Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center will serve as the official host hotel for the conference, with all sessions conveniently located on-site. Situated in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo, the hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay for attendees, with direct access to dining, entertainment, and local attractions.

• Standard Room (Single/Double): $182/night + applicable taxes
• Upgraded Room (Single/Double): $232/night + applicable taxes

Important Reservation Policy

Please note that hotel rooms are reserved as part of the MI-AWWA conference room block. MI-AWWA may be financially responsible for rooms that are reserved but not utilized.

If you are unable to attend or no longer need your reservation, please cancel your room at least one (1) week prior to your scheduled arrival date. This helps the association avoid unnecessary charges and allows other attendees the opportunity to book accommodations.
